Hello, my name is Lukas Wright. I studied Piano Performance and Music Theory at Southern Oregon University under Dr. Alexander Tutunov. I am classically trained, but I have also developed skills in ear training, improvisation, and songwriting. I’ve been teaching piano for nearly six years now and I love it more and more with each passing lesson. I’m easy going and friendly. But I can be stern when I need to be.

My teaching style focuses on reading sheet music, developing chord and music theory so that the student will understand the music, rather than just memorize it; and keeping things fun and
relaxed.
