A Mezzo Soprano, Grace graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelors of Music in Vocal performance from Portland State University. She has been in many opera productions including show stoppers like Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro, Strauss’ Die Fledermaus and Puccini’s Suor Angelica. In 2016 she traveled to China on tour with the PSU Opera Productions in the sensational brand new opera by Mark Lanz Weiser, The Place Where You Started. Grace is also an accomplished choral singer appearing on several albums including The Doors of Heaven, released in 2017 by the Naxos label which hit the top 5 classical album charts in the U.S.
In 2014 she was the Northwest Young Voices: Portland Opera Summerfest finalist and the regional finalist in the 2017 NATSAA classical voice competition. She has also appeared in master classes with Grammy award winning opera singers Frederica von Stade and Susan Graham.
Grace started her teaching career in 2016 and has a passion for building strong, well rounded musicians. She believes music is for everyone and always tries to find the best way each individual student learns. Whether it is teaching voice or beginning piano, Grace enjoys teaching students of all ages.
