Nicole has been teaching guitar and Songwriting for 17 years and her greatest passion is building community through music. She teaches privately and creates customized lessons to suit each individual’s needs and goals. She hosts group guitar classes, songwriting workshops, little’s music classes, camps and has co-authored a Group Guitar Curriculum and Teachers Manual. Her strengths are tapping into her student’s creative wisdom and guiding them to the genres and styles that best suit their authenticity. She hosts recitals and has taught hundreds of people how to tap into their inner rock star.

Working as a Professional Musician, Nicole provides interactive Family Music Shows as the Rock N Roll Fairy and writes her own songs to teach young children concepts of peace, empathy, kindness, safety and reverence for the Earth. She was most recently nominated for favorite Kindie Musician in the PDX Parent’s Readers Poll in Portland Oregon. She has played at Music Festivals such as Oregon Country Faire, Hike It Baby and the Children’s Music Festival in Portland Oregon. She plays at cafes, libraries, farmers markets and hosts magical fairy Birthday parties. Rock N Roll Fairy provides a unique opportunity by connecting families and communities in an interactive musical experience. We celebrate the diversity of our community together through creative self–expression and raising our voices and hearts together. Nicole teaches guitar, ukulele, and songwriting.
